About Emmanuelle Baillard
In 2004, Emmanuelle Baillard created her company Nectars de Bourgogne. A wine specialist by profession, she became an expert on the quintessential Burgundy blackcurrant.
Adding to her range with other nectars and fruit juices, Baillard's main aim was to consistently provide top-quality, original products.
Her juices and coulis are wonderfully flavoursome, with only a limited quantity of sugar added in order to best preserve the full, delicious flavour of the fruit.
