Variette offers a range of fine preserves with old-fashioned vegetables and fruit varieties. These fruits and vegetables are grown by partner farms, in organic farming, and under well-defined specifications set by the company itself. They are mostly located in the Gers and South-West of France, the Variette basin. The rest comes from France.
Variette cooks its 100% natural ingredients in an artisanal and family way, in order to preserve all the flavour and nutritional properties of the fruit and vegetables.
At Variette, you will find jams, sauces, hummus as well as vegetables cooked just with water and Guérande salt. Colours as frank as the tastes!
Drawing on ancient varieties, Variette makes us rediscover the flavours of vegetables and fruit before agriculture sought to standardise them to make them easier to produce. It therefore selects old varieties, whether peasant or so-called population varieties, on which only nature has done its selection work. The genetic diversity of the plants, their mode of production in organic farming and their natural reproduction by bees and insects contributes to the preservation of diversity and to a wealth of flavours that you will find in your mouth.
