About Alain Milliat
Everything started in 1993 in the Lyon region with a concept: "developing juices and nectars displaying the true characteristics of fresh fruits." In 1997, a 32 year-old farmer’s son, Alain Milliat, created six products with the fruits of his farm.
He presented his collection to Relais & Châteaux sommeliers, who were very enthusiastic about these high-quality products and encouraged him to continue his business.
Today, about fifty references of juices, nectars and jams have been created, always in the same spirit and with the same expertise. Each year, Alain Milliat’s discoveries lead him to launch new products, and this is not likely to stop …
