"Pass down fruit love ", this is Andresy Jams’ team passion. Of course this involves the passion of fruits, but also by the genuine expertise, family heritage, experience and innovative spirit. Result: a delicious jams collection, classic or novel, but still tasty and natural.
At Andresy, creating jams is considered as art: such as perfume testers in perfumery, the research and development team is constantly working to find new flavours blends. The goal: matching the five continents’ customers’ desires.
Through long-standing partnerships, the best fruits are selected for the preparation of jams. Today the company is working on two hundred fruits varieties, in order to extract the best: flavor, texture, color ... nothing is left out. They will be used by the research and development team, which will use all its energy and imagination to make creative and tasty products.
According to French culinary traditions, jams are cooked in the old open copper pan, with an expert, attentive and regularly trained supervisor to ensure a both fast and consistent cooking.
Very concerned about sustainable development, Andresy really cares about the environmental quality of its products. In practice, biodiversity is promoted in the supply territories, raw materials are recyclable and equipments are selected to have a reduced gas and water consumption.
