La Drosera Gourmande
Based in the small French village of Laguiole in the heart of Aveyron, La Drosera Gourmande is a small-scale artisanal producer of traditional foie gras, patés, terrines, confits and meat dishes.
Claude Rus, master artisan and foie gras connoisseur, works together with his team to produce products of exceptionally high quality, using only rigorously-selected natural ingredients and traditional French recipes.
Always favouring quality over quantity, the company’s production is limited, proof of their dedication to maintaining a consistently high standard. And this commitment has not gone unnoticed: La Drosera Gourmande has won 14 medals at the prestigious Concours Général Agricole de Paris over the past 11 years for the excellence of its products.
