A delicious foie gras terrine with the addition of a delicious sweet Gascogne wine

Serving suggestion : Delicious spread on fresh bread and accompanied with a glass of sweet red wine, low in tannin.

Composition :
Duck foie gras (20%), duck meat 20%, pork meat and fat, water, egg, soft white wine from Gascony (3%), chicken liver, natural flavors (wheat and soya) poultry, salt, shallot purée, juniper berry, Porto, Armagnac, spices, preservatives: sodium nitrite, sodium ascorbate.
