Black rice with an earthy fragrance and candied fruit aromas
The black rice of Camargue, is born thanks to the ingenuity of a Camargue rice farmer and from the good adaptation of this rice variety, despite the weather conditions in the delta of Rhône.
Long but fine grain, it develops its candied fruits aromas in the cooking. It presents a good behaviour during the cooking and has a black brilliant, intense colour and is totally new.
