A Provençal speciality!

These fruit jellies are made on a small scale in Aix en Provence from fruit grown in the South of France. They make a chic gift, and can be enjoyed either as part of a dessert or just by themselves.

Composition :
50% fruit pulp (apricot, strawberry, raspberry, orange, pear, passion), sugar, glucose syrup (wheat), gelling agent: pectin, natural flavors (apricot, strawberry, raspberry, orange, pear, passion), acidifying : citric acid.
