Note that the pasteurized and cooked truffle offers less flavor than a fresh truffle. The association with a truffle aroma of quality allows to obtain a more pronounced taste.
Conservation: you can keep this good for more than 4 years after the date of production. Once you have opened the jar you must cook it quickly and keep it in your fridge for 48hours.
