The most famous cake from northern Italy. Amaretto means small and bitter in Italian. These little cakes are made in Genoa by the Pannarello Family. Made with fresh eggs, apricot and almond kernels, they are moist, tender and fabulously delicious, perfect with a cup of coffee or with a digestive liqueur.
