This turron is sweet and soft made with 70% of almonds and 18% of honey.
The Jijona turron is made of Alicante turron which is ponded and almonds are added up to 70% of the components.
The dough is mixed with a crusher which made this turron so smooth.
Marcona almonds 70%, orange blossom honey 18%, sugar, egg white.
