Typically Lozèrien, the Moulinou is a small cheese made from raw cow's milk. Matured for 4 to 8 weeks, it is characterized by its slightly dry paste, its pronounced taste and its pretty yellow-white rind.

The Moulinou will keep for a long time in your refrigerator (if you give it the opportunity...).

The Velay farm in Margeride

Nestled in its valley in the heart of the Margeride in Lozere (48), the Velay farm raises Montbelliardes dairy cows between blocks of granite, at an altitude of over 1000m. The well-being of the animals is at the heart of the quality of their dairy products: cheeses, butter, yoghurts made from raw cow's milk.
