Schiste Chestnut Flour Biscuits
We love the biscuits from l'Atelier du Miel et de la Châtaigne, which has its kitchens near BienManger, at Florac in the beautiful Cévennes region of southern France.
These biscuits are made with chestnut flour, which gives them a beautiful dark colour, a rich flavour and a fabulously crunchy texture.
Chestnut flour (29%), butter, brown sugar, eggs, hazelnuts (8%), vanilla extract, bicarbonate of soda, Guérande sea salt.
