Fig and foie gras go together like... well, much as you would expect two entirely complementary flavours to go along together. These little pearls contain fig syrup and burst in the mouth to release delicious, figgy flavour that will perfectly compliment a starter of foie gras.
A 50g jar contains about 500 pearls.
