Lévéjac is a dairy cheese made of ewe milk. It is made at Saint-Georges-de-Lévéjac on the Causse de Sauveterre in Lozère (a region in the south of France).

Description : Lévéjac has a nice flowery rind and a strong and characteristic taste.

Wines : Sancerre Champigny, Cahors.
