Beef Bourguignon is a typical French beef recipe from the region of Burgundy which uses richly flavoured Burgundy wine to marinate the meat and create a fabulously sumptous sauce. This Bourguignon is cooked with beef from the Aubrac highlands and Marcillac wine - so although it may not be entirely authentic, we can assure you it is utterly brilliant nonetheless!
Serving suggestion: heat gently and serve with fresh pasta or boiled potatoes.
