This côte de Bergerac is made by the Château la Borderie, whose vineyard dates from the XIV century and covers 70 hectares. Aged in barrels and in the bottle for two years before being made available for sale, this wine will reach perfection after aging of between 6 and 12 years.
Serving suggestion : Perfect served with strongly flavoured, rustic dishes, grilled red meat and cheeses.
