These beads sauce both tangy and peppery are ideal for oyster tasting

These pretty pearls are made of seaweed spheres with a liquid centre flavoured with lemon and pepper.

Although specially designed to accompany oysters, you can also use them to lift the flavour of sushi, smoked salmon and salads.

Composition :
Water, alcohol vinegar 7%, concentrated lemon juice 4%, fine salt, thickener: cellulose gum; acidifier: citric acid, gelling agents: sodium alginate, calcium chloride, lemon flavor 0.4%, color: lutein; ground pepper 0.07%, preservative: potassium sorbate.
