Traditional mustard of Dijon is presented here in large format in a 1.1 kg bucket. It is adapted for professionals of the restoration or family.
This mustard is made in Beaune (Burgundy) by Fallot, mustard-maker since 1840. Seeds are selected for their quality and are ground as in the past with millstones (flint). Millstones avoid damaging the heat-sensitive seeds and keep their flavours.
Cooking tips: It is usually used cold in edge of plates or in vinaigrette. This mustard can also be used in culinary recipes with rabbit, with chicken, with kidneys of calf or with fishes.
