Papillon olive oil is obtained directly from the olives using only mechanical pressing techniques. Produced using olives grown along the Via Domitia in Southern France, the oil is full of the flavour of the sunny south, extremely well balanced with low acidity. Unlike some other olive oils, it has not hint of bitterness.
Made from two varieties of olive: Arbequine and Koroneiki.
Best used in salad dressings, or drizzled directly over food. In order to preserve all the flavour of this gorgeously fruity oil, we do not recommend that you use it for cooking.
