A useful little sachet to create fluffy chantilly cream
Chantibio is a useful little product that helps you create perfectly floaty, fluffy whipped cream. It works just as well with dairy cream as it does with vegetable milks and creams, and is entirely organic.
How to use:
- Whip 200ml dairy or vegetable cream for two minutes.
- Add the Chantibio powder and as much sugar as you desire (about 30g).
- Keep whipping until you have a cream of the right consistency.
- Chill before serving
