This is a brilliant tool for any serious cook, allowing you to add flavour and perfume to any food, via a system of instananeous 'smoking', either using essential oils, essences or alcohol. The process is simple. Add a few drops of the aromatising substance onto the cotton filter and turn on the machine, which then directs the vapour towards the food, impregnating it with subtle flavour and aroma.
