Rare shell fish, cooked in a typically Breton way

A delicately flavoured paste made with shell fish fished off the Brittany coast. Perfect spread on toast or as part of an original and delicious salad.

Made using only natural ingredients, without any preservatives.

Composition :
ormeau 25%, lightly salted butter 1.7%, flat leaf parsley 0.5%, cream, haddock, garlic, sea salt, olive oil, cider brandy, seaweed (agar agar, laitue de mer), pepper
