The humble whelk, but not as you know it! These whelks are gathered off the Normandy coast, before being cooked into a delicious paste, with fresh herbs and little onions. Fabulous spread on toast, or used to create imaginative and original starters.
Made using only natural ingredients, without any preservatives.
Whelks 29%, herbs (coriander, bay leaf, thyme) 0.03%, onions 4%, cream, sea bream, vinaigre, sea salt, seaweed (agar agar, wakamé), pepper
