Tasting notes

To be tasted at 10-12°, to release all its aromas. Goes very well with red meat, spicy dishes or strong cheeses.

• Dark brown colour, with a fine and generous white foam, which does not persist in the glass.
• Aromas of roasted malts, coriander and liquorice, fine scent of chocolate and fruit.
• Round, heady flavours, with notes typical of special malts. The alcohol fades in the finish to give way to a slight bitterness.
