Angélina Paris launches her recipe for candied orange peels coated with her famous dark chocolate.

When you bite into these sweets, once you get past the full-bodied taste of the dark chocolate, the freshness of the orange's citrus notes takes over and it's a real explosion of flavour. This perfectly balanced recipe, which balances the bitterness of the orange with the sweetness of the chocolate, is pure delicacy!

These orangettes will be ideal to accompany your end of year snacks with a fruity touch.

Candied orange peels (40%) (orange peels, sugar, glucose syrup, dextrose, acidifying agent: citric acid), cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin. Dark chocolate: cocoa 65% minimum. May contain traces of milk, gluten, eggs and nuts.
