This tapenade is prepared according to the traditional Provencal recipe with 75% black olives, with capers, anchovies, olive oil and herbs ... mmh, it makes you salivate just thinking about it!
Tasting advice : This preparation can be spread fresh on toast, toasted bread or with dried tomatoes. You can use it as a base for tomato pies for example, or in savoury puff pastry with Provencal herbs. Finally, as a culinary aid, it will generously accompany grilled fish, vegetables or poultry.
