Organic Cream of Ancient and Sweet Pepper Green Yolo
Sweet and tangy, cooked with natural ingredients, this cream can be used as a sauce, condiment or spread.
This sauce is cooked artisanally with natural ingredients and without colouring agents: old-fashioned Yolo green sweet peppers with a slightly acidic flavour, organic Opal apples from the Gers, a little extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, onions and garlic.
The peppers and apples are processed fresh, whole, simply pureed.
Directions for use
As a culinary accompaniment for pasta, rice, vegetables, raw vegetables, eggs, meat and fish, on a pie crust. Or simply to spread on a piece of bread or in a sandwich.
