Organic tomato sauce of old variety Coeur de boeuf

The old Coeur de Boeuf variety produces tomatoes in the shape of a red heart, slightly pointed and very fleshy, with few seeds. It has a fresh, very fragrant flavour.

Cooked in an artisanal way in the Variette workshop in the Gers, this sauce recipe is familiar, simple and natural. It retains all the quality of organically grown tomatoes.
This sauce, which has a beautiful impression of freshness, as well as the marked presence of olive oil and a hint of garlic, will be perfect to deliciously accompany your pasta, rice, risottos, soups, vegetables, tart bases, pizzas, meat and fish. The tomatoes used for this sauce are grown in the Gers, and the olive oil comes from the Vallée des Baux.
