Made with organic milk from Lacaune ewes, the same as that used for the famous Roquefort cheese, this yoghurt is rich in protein and very easily digestible (well tolerated by people who can't tolerate cow's milk).
The Bergerie de Lozère
Dairy of the French group Triballat Noyal (Vrai, ...) involved in organic milk for 35 years, the Bergerie de Lozère produces organic ewe's milk yoghurts sold throughout France and the world.
The Bergerie collects 10000L of milk per day from 23 partner breeders in Lozere and Aveyron, to transform them into plain yoghurts or on fruit beds, faisselles.
