Made without eggs, this vegetable aioli is an emulsion of almond milk. A solid foundation for the whole range of Bigand's aïolis, its vegetable composition is inspired by Spanish lactonesas, 100% vegetable white aïolis.
It retains the plumpness of the aïolis, as well as the flavours of garlic and lemon found in its smooth, almost firm texture and lightness in the mouth.
A delicacy to be enjoyed as an accompaniment to grilled sea bream or roasted cauliflower.
