Basil "Vege" Aioli
The surprising alliance between aioli and pesto!
Born one evening in September from Nicolas Bigand's desire for a touch of pesto in his aïolis, this recipe is very simple, but so good! A few leaves of large green basil infused in his "natural" aïoli with almond milk, and that's it!
Very light in the mouth, it will go wonderfully with your arancini, gnocchi or breadsticks!
The "vegetal" aïolis from Maison Bigand
