Rice and Pasta
Pasta of 100% French origin! Made in the workshop of Priméal, in Ardèche, from wheat of French origin, these penne are a great classic of white pasta, with a light colour and a neutral taste that goes easily with different fillings.
While the arriabata sauce is their classic seasoning, their tubular shape means that they absorb meat, stew and mushroom sauces particularly well, or simply a nice fresh tomato and basil sauce, just highlighted with a drizzle of olive oil. They will certainly also enhance the flavour of your gratins. But they lend themselves to a thousand and one uses of which only your imagination is the limit!
Directions for use
In a large volume of boiling salted water, discard the shells and leave them to cook for 9 minutes for "al dente" cooking and 11 minutes for melting. Drain and enjoy these hot pasta simply with a drizzle of olive oil, a knob of butter or accompanied by a sauce or legumes of your choice.
