Pasta of 100% French origin! Made in the workshop of Priméal, in Ardèche, from wheat of French origin, these macaroni are a great classic of white pasta, with a light colour and a neutral taste that goes easily with different fillings.
You will find all the Sicilian tradition of hollow pasta in the centre, to dry and cook more quickly, but above all to better soak in the sauce with which they are served. Easily prepared with or without tomato sauce, with vegetables or in broth, there is never any left on the plate!
Directions for use
In a large volume of boiling salted water, discard the shells and leave them to cook for 7 minutes for "al dente" cooking and 9 minutes for melting.
Drain and enjoy these hot pasta simply with a drizzle of olive oil, a knob of butter or accompanied by a sauce or legumes of your choice.
