In order to guarantee optimal freshness, this article is pre-ordered. Order until Monday, March 20 at 9 a.m. for shipment on March 25 in Chronofresh and reception at your home on Thursday, March 26. If you order other articles, they will all be delivered at the same time as the fresh meat.

 

Fricandeau is a country paté made from pork, here pork from Aveyron, baked in a pork strainer. This gives it an incomparable texture and taste. To be eaten on a generous piece of farmhouse bread, accompanied by a red Marcillac!

As this delicatessen is vacuum-packed, you have 45 days to eat it fresh. Practical to handle and store, this packaging allows you to keep it 3 times longer than a fresh meat packed in a classic way!

Otherwise you can store the meat in the freezer for 8 to 12 months. This way, you can enjoy it whenever you want.

How does Chronofresh delivery work?

The delivery is done with Chronofresh, a service created by Chronopost for the fast delivery of fresh products with a monitoring of the temperature throughout the journey.

The next order will be dispatched on Wednesday 25 March and delivered to your home on Thursday 26 March.

If you are absent on the day of delivery of your meat package, a notice will be left in your mailbox inviting you to contact customer service to reschedule a new delivery. The package will then be delivered to you in person.
