Dalmore has the oldest stills in the Highlands, and they can boast of it! One of them has been in use since 1874! Their single malts are very well balanced and incredibly complex and are made from a unique combination of different spirit stills. To age his whisky, Dalmore uses mainly old sherry casks of a great variety, coming from the Gonzales Byass bodega in Andalusia. Once the whisky has reached maturity, the blends of different casks give birth to one of the expressions of the range. In order to encourage the marriage and harmony of flavours, the whole still rests for a period of four months.
