Patrick Negron is based in Recoules de Fumas in Margeride (Lozère) on the edge of the Aubrac plateau. Legend has it that Gargantua would have quenched his thirst here in the Colagne but does not say whether he also tasted the famous local cheeses.
Patrick Negron produces a farm cheese made from raw sheep's milk on his farm situated at an altitude of nearly 1000 metres in a preserved environment.
