This recipe can be eaten fresh, on toast. You can add a pinch of fleur de sel de Guérande or a squeeze of lemon juice just before serving.
Blue lobster 42%, yolk, cream, egg yolk, bread crumbs (wheat flour, salt, yeast, spices), water, Cognac, tomato paste, rapeseed oil, Guérande salt, herbs, wakame, pepper Espelette, thickener: xanthan gum. Possible traces of nuts, molluscs and mustard.
