This fish soup is prepared from fresh whole fish, directly landed from the ports of Le Croisic or La Turballe in Loire-Atlantique.
It is cooked with vegetables, herbs and spices in a perfect balance of flavours, enhancing the fish. Liquid but rather thick, it is really delicious and in accordance with the idea that one has of this speciality.
The result of an ancestral know-how, this soup is made only of natural products and contains no additives.
Tasting advice: stir, pour into a saucepan and heat over a low heat. Serve with croutons toasted with aïoli or rouille.
You can also add to the soup some red mullet fillets cut into pieces that have been previously browned in garlic butter.
