Sardines and red peppers go very well together in this summery, richly flavoured recipe. A generous base of sardine (24%), sunny vegetables - grilled red pepper and aubergine - and fresh cream gives us a delicious preparation with a pretty orange colour.
A creamy and unctuous texture makes it possible to spread generously on toast or a warmed slice of bread. You can also incorporate it into inventive and colourful verrines.
