The rums of the Barbancourt distillery are made only from cane juice (and not molasses). After fermentation they are distilled in two stages, as in Charente. They are then aged in Limousin oak barrels, transported to Haiti.
The 5-star Barbancourt is aged for 8 years and is characterised by aromas of cooked fruit and vanilla. This agricultural rum offers a rich and harmonious bouquet.
It will convince you as an aperitif, dry or on ice, accompanied by a slice of lemon for example.
