A delicious pastry with prunes and Armagnac
Michel Glosek, self-appointed ambassador of Gascony, has travelled the world to find inspiration for his culinary creations. Keen to share his experiences and his love of fine food, he settled in Gascony, a region steeped in tradition, where he has created his business 'Glosek Gourmet', to develop a range of products which marry tradition and innovation.
