Michel Glosek, self-appointed ambassador of Gascony, has travelled the world to find inspiration for his culinary creations. Keen to share his experiences and his love of fine food, he decided to settle in Gascony, a region steeped in tradition, where he created his business 'Glosek Gourmet' with the aim to develop a range of products which marry tradition and innovation.

This jar contains 6 mini pastries soaked in an Armagnac syrup. A delicious pudding or a luxurious treat.

Serving suggestion

We suggest that you serve these canelés with fresh fruit, fruit sauce or ice cream, or simply by themselves with a cup of fresh coffee.

Composition :
Canelé syrup: Glucose syrup, water, sugar, armagnac (9.1 at 50 °), citric acid. Canelé (6 pieces) 40%:water, sugar, wheat flour, rum, preparation (whey, vegetable fat (coconut oil), skim milk, milk protein, vanilla flavor, whole egg powder. Residual alcohol less than 4.8% / volume.
