Only olives in full fettle are used to produce this olive oil, which is pressed at the same time as the fresh, juicy lemons are squeezed. Centrifugal mixing ensures that the oil, the water and the lemon are perfectly blended, so that the finished product exhales all the fresh, zesty perfume of the fruit.

This is a very special product, full of Italian sunshine. We suggest that you use it to dress fish dishes, or to lift the flavour of goats cheese.
