Provence d'Antan offers a successful marriage between the Mediterranean with its fleur de sel and the Atlantic Ocean with its famous Espelette pepper.

In Camargue, the Flower of salt is manually harvested from June until September. The organic Espelette chili is harvested by hands too, in the heart of Basque Country and in total respect for traditions.

These two stars of South of France are associated in a well-balanced and delicious mixture. It will sublimate all your dishes and your grills.

Sprinkle at the time of serving on your preparation: on pastas, omelets, grilled meats and many others.
