In 1955, at Saint Jean du Bruel in the Aveyron region of France, Monsieur and Madame Papillon produced their first pâtés. In the heart of the regional park of the Grands Causses, in the gorges of the Dourbie River, between the plateau of the Larzac and the heights of the Cévennes, the Papillon conserving house is now emblematic of three generations of family history.

Duck terrine with red fruit and champagne

This terrine is made using 100% duck meat, which when allied with the softness of red berries and the unique taste of champagne, results in a finished product that is absolutely delicious.

Duck 88%, red berries 6%, whole eggs, champagne 2%, salt and pepper. Organic products.
