Alain Ginisty is a traditional artisan butcher from the Aveyron region of France. He works according to traditional methods, preparing classic regional dishes, using recipes that have stood the test of time. This pork snout paté is so good that it has been awarded the « Lauréat du challenge Mercure d'Or ».
Best served cold with a simple vinaigrette sauce, chutney and pickled onions. Delicious as part of a salad with mayonnaise.
