30cl of single cream
Some grated cheese
Mix your brandade in the single cream. Then, spread them on your slices of bread and season of salt and pepper. Then put your slices of tomatoes on it with a fine slice of Lemon. Sprinkle with some grated cheese. And finally put your preparation in the oven for 10 minutes in 220°C.
