The perfect toast with a spicy note for your foie gras

The gingerbread is here associate with figs under the shape of toast. To obtain this kind of recipe, spices like cinnamon and anise have been used for giving a better product. The fig offers a sweeter taste and also soften the gingerbread.

Inverted sugar syrup, honey (20%), rye flour, figs (10%), whole eggs, wheat flour, egg yolks, spices (0.44%): cinnamon, anise, raising agent (bicarbonate of soda), salt.
