A fine alliance between scallops and truffle for very chic pre-dinners!
Our producer has succeeded to associate the Scallops taste with the truffle taste. It was a real challenge because the Scallop has a delicate taste and the truffle has more an astringent and mushroom taste. The producer wanted to create a mix between sea and land. This preparation has a creamy texture thanks to the fresh cream and to the butter.
You can spread it into a lemon soak blini (Russian speciality). You can also put it on some savoury terrines where your guests will dip their vegetables sticks!
